Chef Alessandro Longhi will prepare together with Bernhard Hess a menu on the topic of &#8220;Ticino meets South Africa&#8221; and will serve the wines of the Mimosa-Lodge.<br \/>\nMontagu is a city in the district of Langeberg, Cape Winelands, Western Cape Province in South Africa. It is located in a fertile valley at the confluence of the Kingna River and Keisie rivers on Route 62 just 2 hours from Cape Town. The Mimosa Lodge is not a wine farm in the &#8220;usual&#8221; sense. Rather, Mimosa is a place to stay and be pampered by the Hess family on the well-kept estate. Not only in one of the pretty cottages, but also with a fine dinner in the restaurant and a glass of homemade Cabernet Sauvignon from the Robertson area. The enologist Bernhard Hess is also a passionate chef. What could be more appropriate than exploring the wine theme in more detail?
