In April 2025, Bernard Hess from the renowned Mimosa Winery in South Africa returns for the 8th time to the Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss.

Together with head chef Alberto Pavan, he will create an exclusive menu under the theme “Ticino meets South Africa”, perfectly paired with the elegant wines of Mimosa Lodge.
